1. Reservation Procedure

Parking space reservations are made directly through our website. The customer completes the reservation form with the following information : • Arrival and departure dates • Personal details (name, surname, email, phone number) • Vehicle registration plate • Number of passengers • Selected destination Once the form is submitted and payment is confirmed, a reservation confirmation is sent by email.

2. Payment Conditions

Payment must be made online via Stripe before your planned arrival date. All prices displayed are in euros including taxes (VAT included). Optional additional services are : • SMS confirmation : optional • Cancellation insurance : optional (7% of the reservation price) • Shuttle service : subject to availability No hidden charges are applied after payment confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

Cancellation conditions depend on the type of reservation : • WITHOUT cancellation insurance : The reservation is non-refundable if cancelled. • WITH cancellation insurance (7% of the price) : The reservation is protected and can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the arrival date. A full refund will be issued. Cancellations must be reported by email to Expressparkingshuttle@gmail.com.

5. Parking Liability

Shuttle Express ensures the safekeeping of your vehicle in a secure parking facility. However, we accept no liability for : • Theft or attempted theft (police report required) • Damage caused by third parties • Force majeure or events beyond our control Insurance coverage is strongly recommended.

6. Website Use

The user agrees to : • Provide accurate and truthful information • Comply with applicable laws • Not use the website for illegal purposes • Accept the website's terms of use

7. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent Belgian courts.
